BAKU, November 9 - The Prosecutor General`s Office of Azerbaijan has initiated criminal proceedings on the basis of reports by the Central Election Commission about violations during the November 6 parliamentary elections. The country`s Central Election Commission invalidated ballot counts in two constituencies and 10 polling stations of another constituency Tuesday.
