MOSCOW, November 9 - Three children and two adults have been killed in a fire that gutted a wooden house in the central Russian region of Tver, local police said Tuesday. The victims were two children aged four and six, a girl who attended secondary school, a 62-year-old woman and the owner of the house. The fire is thought to have started after a short circuit in an electrical appliance. The regional center, Tver, is about 120 miles from Moscow.
