Dina Lohan has penned the as-yet-untitled book with the help of a ghost writer and has included information on Lindsay`s fall from grace - including five arrests by the age of 25 and numerous rehab stays - in a bid to make it a "best seller". According to a draft of the prologue obtained by TMZ.com, Dina wrote: "I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an (sic) newfound lifestyle of partying excessively. Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay`s way of daily living-and it tore me up inside." Dina also appears to admit she was wrong to send Lindsay to Hollywood alone as a young teenager in 2004 with only a chaperone for company while she stayed in New York to raise her other children Ali, 17, Cody, 14, and 23-year-old Michael Jr. She writes: "How could I deny my daughter the chance of a lifetime? How could I hold Lindsay back from her dream of becoming an actress? So, I listened to others and sent my daughter to Hollywood with a few pieces of luggage and a chaperone." Dina also reportedly speaks about the difficulties of juggling her roles as Lindsay`s mother and manager. Earlier this week, Lindsay was escorted from a Los Angeles courtroom in handcuffs after her probation was revoked but she was later released on $100,000 bail. She will face trial on November 2nd which will decide whether she violated her probation, by skipping some of her community service duties - which were issued as part of her sentence for stealing a $2,500 necklace in January - and if found guilty could face up to 18 months in jail.
