Luc Carl is embarking on a joint venture with Georgie Seville to run Ludlow Manor, a three-story bar which is located in the Lower East Side of the city. The venue will open later this month and Luc - who previously managed St. Jerome`s bar in the `Big Apple` - has a specific idea of the type of clientele he wants. He said: "I want sexy people that care how their hair looks. But everyone is invited!" The drinking establishment will include a tapas restaurant and will feature a rock club and DJ sets, it will also boast a rooftop bar, which will feature a retractable roof and smoking area. Gaga and Luc have had an on/off relationship for years but she revealed she had split from him for good in the summer. The eccentric pop superstar wrote the song `You and I` about her former flame and it was included on her most recent album `Born This Way`. Gaga is now dating `The Vampire Diaries` actor Taylor Kinney, who starred in the video of `You and I`.
