The `Obsessed` singer has revealed she had a difficult pregnancy with her six-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe and suffered from different medical conditions which affected her health. She told `Access Hollywood`: "I was in a lot of pain because of the fact that they`re twins ┘ I had a rough one ┘ I just want people to be prepared that it can happen where you go through a rough time when you`re pregnant. "I did develop gestational diabetes. I`m good with that now, I`m OK, but you just have to be careful, nutritionally." Although she loves being a mother, Mariah doesn`t think she and her husband Nick Cannon will have any more children because of how tough her pregnancy was. She added: "If God chooses to do that to me, then we`ll, that would happen, other than that, I don▓t think we would try for that ever again. I really don`t know if I can make it through after what I went through, it was really tough." Earlier this week, the 42-year-old star revealed she was ordered to bed rest by her doctor because of her medical issues - which included oedema, which is fluid under the skin - during her final two trimesters. She said: "I had a really tough pregnancy. I was supposed to be on bed rest, but it was so bad then even bed hurt. I learned a lot being pregnant, watching my body change." Since giving birth, Mariah has lost 70lbs through exercise and sticking to the Jenny Craig diet plan.
