The 28-year-old glamour model - who collapsed on 16.03.12 while out shopping and was rushed to hospital and put on a monitor for 24 hours - is "terrified" she will not live to hold her and fiance Alex Reid`s daughter, who is due in 10 weeks.
The blonde beauty - who has an abnormally high heart rate - said: "I worry that something will happen to me, that the baby will be born and I won`t be here.
"The doctors said that when you`re in labour your heart goes up even more and so I`m terrified of the whole thing.
"I also worry that I will go into labour early and then who knows what will happen.
"I want to have a natural birth, I don`t want a Caesarean, but there is such a big fear that something could go wrong. I just want to hold my little girl and meet her."
Chantelle never expected to fall pregnant after experiencing fertility problems caused by a teenage eating disorder, but she is now "so worried" that her stressful pregnancy will affect her baby.
She added to The People newspaper: "I`m so worried for my little girl. I fear so much for what is going on in her little body.
"There is so much stress being put on her. I can`t believe it is happening to my little baby.
"My fertility problems meant that I didn`t think I could ever be a mum so I pray that she`s going to be safe.
"Her heartbeat replicates mine and sometimes I think I`m going to die.
"She`s my little miracle so she has got to be OK. I just feel so bad for what is happening.
"When I feel her kick it is the most amazing feeling.
"I just hope that she isn`t undergoing any discomfort. The doctors don`t think she is but I can`t help but worry that she is."
