The `TNA IMPACT` star is furious the footage of himself and Heather Clem - the estranged wife of his close friend Bubba the Love Sponge - surfaced online last week so is hoping law enforcement officers can help him track down who leaked the film. According to gossip website TMZ, the wrestler`s attorney David R. Houston filed a criminal police report in Clearwater, Florida, on 09.10.12, claiming whoever made the tape committed a felony by unlawfully recording Hulk without his consent and whoever leaked it broke the law by unlawfully running that footage. The action comes after Hulk - whose real name is Terry Bollea - sent a cease-and-desist letter to Gawker, demanding the website remove the minute-long clip it posted. So far, the footage is still available to view on the site. The wrestler has admitted he is "devastated" by the video - which was shot six years ago - being leaked. He said: "It was a bad choice and a very low point. I was with some friends and made a wrong choice. It has devastated me, I have never been this hurt. "I`m going full blown to try and figure out who would do this to me. "It`s appalling. It`s flipped my life totally upside down."
