Buildings, damaged as a result of explosions at Ministry of Defense depots in Kamchatka, are reconstructed for more than a month already. For example, in villages of Elizov district broken windows were reconstructed only several days ago. Citizens are angered - winter comes, it is snowing already, but reconstruction of damaged roofs and walls started only recently. Kindergartens opened several days ago. Mattress, linens and toys were covered by broken glass. Battery farm doesn`t work and repair works of sport center were not even started. Initiators of incident are ready to cover all expenses - 70 millions of rubles were given by the amount of works is extremely high. Local people calculated their losses for broken crockery and furniture but servicemen don`t rush to pay for damage. Impatient citizens are suggested to apply to court for compensation. As a reminder, fire on armament depot situated not far from South Koryaki occurred on September 30, 2005. As a result ignition shells in depot started to explode. Residents of nearest settlements were evacuated.
