The reality TV and presenter - who dropped 30 pounds in 2009 and has been open about her desire to lose more weight for years - has finally accepted her curves and has no desire to be super skinny anymore but believes that other people will always criticise her figure.
The 28-year-old `The X Factor` USA co-host told the February issue of Glamour magazine: "A few years ago I lost 30 pounds, and people still wanted to criticise. And honestly, I`m happy with myself if I`m a little heavier."
Khloe insists that she has moved on from obsessing about her weight and thinks she is beautiful the way she is regardless of what anyone else thinks.
She said: "I realised: `Why am I trying to conform to someone else`s idea of beauty?` I think I`m beautiful either way."
The `Keeping Up With The Kardashians` star was recently said to have put her plans to have a baby with her husband of three years Lamar Odom on hold and is no longer stressing about their fertility issues despite struggling to get pregnant.
Her older sister Kim, 32, who is expecting her first child in early July with rapper Kanye West, previously said: "She texted me the other day that thank god it`s me, not her. She`s not sure if she`s ready.
"It`s funny, you know, you think you want something so badly, then I think she kind of realized, `I have time. I`m 28. I`m good.`
"I`ve read that `she`s devastated` and things like that, and none of it`s true."
Khloe recently revealed she is starting off the 2013 with a positive attitude and urged others to do the same.
She tweeted: "Surround yourself with the positive. Misery loves company. Don`t get sucked into the negative way of life. Mind over matter. #PositiveOutlook (sic)."
