November,16 Voronezh - During the first day of IVth All-Russian session "Youth unity" delegates elected governing bodies - Coordinating board and Central Staff. The name of the organization was changed to "Young Guards of united Russia". 200 delegates, representing all Russian regions take part in the session. Delegates announced their intentions to change the way "Youth unity" works - change from one-time programs to long-term programs in different fields.
