In addition, the Chairman of the regional Council Anatoly Melnik, representing the ruling Party of regions, has agreed to hold an extraordinary meeting of the Council with the participation of the opposition deputies. Melnik among other things promised to organize the adherents of the opposition's meeting with the Governor Volodymyr Khomenko.
