Ukrainian opposition demanded from the authorities concessions on high-profile bills adopted not long ago, the Pro-government MPs. "The precondition for starting negotiations is the abolition of the draconian laws on censorship and persecution. At first, they [the authorities] have agreed not to print the laws.
