"The precondition for starting negotiations is the abolition of the draconian laws on censorship and persecution. At first, they [the authorities] have agreed not to print the laws. Then they will not be effective", - said the parliamentarian. In future, according to him, the opposition is going to cancel all these documents.
Evidence words Pavlovsky on the part of adherents of the authorities has not yet been reported.
The bills in question were adopted in the end of last week. For them the votes of deputies from Party of regions and the Communists. The opposition to prevent the vote failed.
In the bills, in particular, were amendments to the criminal code of Ukraine. They have introduced criminal liability for distribution in webп╣ appeals (for rationale and justification appropriate activities) for violent change of the constitutional system and obstructing the work of the authorities. The sanctions were taken into account fines and imprisonment for up to 3 years.
Also, was introduced criminal liability for slander, and the National communications Commission gave the opportunity to make decisions about the blocking of Internet resources on the basis of "expert solutions" (without the sanction of the court). In parallel, were tightened rules for group events: namely, the protesters were not allowed to set up tents.
The adopted documents are oriented to the President Viktor Yanukovych. As it became known, he signed the papers.
The opposition has described the emergence of these bills as approval in the country of the dictatorship and the introduction of censorship. The protest oppositionists expressed on multi-million "national Veche", held in Kiev on Sunday, January 19. The meeting grew into mass unrest and conflicts with the internal Affairs authorities, which, according to reliable information on the Monday morning, injured about 200 people.
In the process of mass unrest favorites opposition Yatsenyuk and Vitali Klitschko contacted the President of Ukraine (1 - in telephone handset, 2 Yanukovych took in his own residence). According to Yatsenyuk, the head of the Republic has proposed negotiations. Klitschko, said on Monday it will be a Commission for the settlement of the political crisis, which will include the adherents of the authorities and the opposition.
