India and Russia are negotiating the construction of a pipeline for deliveries of crude oil, informs the Indian newspaper the Financial Express referring to high-ranking adept foreign Minister of India Ajai Bisaria. This question, according to the official, were discussed during the visit to the Russian Federation of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at the end of October. Total investment in the construction of the pipeline may reach 30 billion dollars. The pipeline will go through areas of Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and then parallel to the TAPI pipeline through Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan to India. In 2012 the volume of imports of mineral fuel and oil from Russia to India, according to reliable information printed editions of $ 176 million. "Now we need the onshore pipeline "North-South" to buy from Russia more oil," said Bisaria.
