Moscow Sate Duma suggests prolonging of apartment privatization terms till January 1, 2010. Appropriate decree was accepted by delegates on Wednesday during final reading. Soon initiative will be headed to State Duma. There is a strained situation of property rights legalizations in town. "By information of federal registration service of Moscow, maximum amount of possible registration actions amounts to 100 thousands per year. It is expected that there will be 280 thousands in 2005, and amount will increase by 5-6 times in 2005", - said Semennikov. In delegate’s opinion, organs of executive power can not cope with increased load and have not enough time to legalize all necessary documents. In this connection, delegates passed decree of privatization term prolongation till January 1, 2010 unanimously.
