A man who detonated a bomb near Orthodox chapel in Smolensk region will have to undergo a psychiatric examination. TV company NTV informs referring to local Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to TV company some 36-year-old Sergey Bavykin said he used to live in Moscow some time ago and his house was taken down for building Orthodox temple there.
