State USA secretary Condoleezza Rice remains the mist popular figure in Bush`s administration for Americans. At present moment Rice`s rating is 52%. It increased by 5% for last 3 months though rating decrease of all key figures in Bush`s administration, including the head of White house, was registered from August to November. Meanwhile, amount of Americans, who support Bush, decreased from 40% to 34%.
