A new scientific project "Nucleon" of high-energy cosmic rays investigation is developed in construction bureau "Arsenal". The main conception of this experiment is invention of light scientific equipment with overall dimensions less 1 cubic meter which can solve actual problems of cosmic investigations. Experiment will start in 2008 and last for 5 years. During experiment scientists intend to check hypothesis of different slopes of different spectrum compounds which leads to specific heavy elements` acceleration places in Galaxy. Scientific equipment will be launched to cosmos using new satellite developed by "Arsenal".
