Yesterday unemployed citizen of Volosovo town, Leningrad region, of 1987 year of birth using force carried off a 8-year old girl from territory of elementary school "Raduga". Criminal brought child into his flat and committed violent acts of sexual character at her. After that violator tried to escape, but was detained by operative group of Volosovo regional department of Interior Affairs. Legal proceedings according to article 132 part 3 of Russian Criminal Code "violation actions of sexual character in relation to under aged" were instituted against criminal.
