State Duma of Russian Federation held three readings of the bill, canceling government duties on foreign passports. As a result, all deputies passed the bill. As a reminder, in January,1,2004 Lithuania forbid dwellers of Kaliningrad region to pass the border with Russian passports. Lithuanian government demanded Russians to have foreign passports. As press-service of State Duma informed most residents of Kaliningrad region don’t have foreign passports at present time, in addition from January,1,2005 government will increase prices for foreign passports
