Experts of Ministry of Industry and Energy counted most harmful pollutants in Russian cities: motors take 43% of all pollution. In big cities, for example in Moscow, the total of pollution from cars is 80%. The ecological situation is very dangerous for inhabitants, that’s why Russia needs to start using programs Euro-3 and Euro-4.
