This was announced by mayor deputy in Moscow government Petr Aksenov at opening of first parking machine in town this Saturday. By his words, parking machine is meant for city chargeable parking lots paying in self-service regime. While inventing of this device previous experience of similar systems exploitation in European countries was taken into account. "Device can accept bank notes of 10, 50, 100, 500 and 1000 rubles in value", - added Aksenov. Payment can be made by cash or credit card. First 10-15 minutes - so-called control time - will be free. "During this time driver makes up his mind if he is staying on parking lot or not", - noted Aksenov. The cost of parking hour is 40 rubles and will not change in close future. First deputy of mayor added that Moscow administration struggles with illegal parking lots. "Several legal proceedings have been already instituted".
