Ukrainian President Viktor Yuchenko will sign a decree about annual celebration of November 22 - The Day of Liberty. He announced about his decision in broadcast appeal to Ukrainians. "With purpose to confirm ideals of democracy, upbringing the feeling of national dignity in our republic, I suggest to celebrate November 22 annually", - declared the President.
