"People that take drugs should understand that the way to the best companies or universities is closed for them", - he said on press-conference in Moscow on Thursday.
He also said that Russia has developed new testers for drug addicts. They want to apply the test in all enterprises and are already negotiating with the Ministry of Education.
It was said on Thursday at anti-drugs conference in the church of Christ the Savior.
The problem with drugs is acute as never - more than 13% of young people take drugs.
