China apologized to Russia for Amur pollution

At meeting with Russian Ambassador in China Sergey Rasov the head of Ministry of Interior Affairs declared that "Chinese side is open for co-operation in liquidation of environmental pollution in Russia".
By words of minister, large damage of this man-caused catastrophe is caused to environment of China and Russia; Chinese People`s Republic takes all measures to increase level of contamination and possible damage.
Chinese Ministry of Interior Affairs agreed to let Russian experts to investigate situation at place of accident - chemical plant in Czilin. "None of the country is secured from disasters and industrial accidents", - said Razov.
But by his opinion, organization of work about well-timed population informing, struggle with consequences of catastrophe would be more effective if Chinese side informed Russia promptly.
