The deputy of Russian general prosecutor Nikolai Shepel confirmed the fact that there are evidences international terrorist organization activity on south of Russia. "Within the bounds of "Beslan" case there were lots of materials, we just needed to institute legal proceedings about activity of international underground terrorist organization. By his words, at present moment number of terrorists in this underground is sufficient high. "One can estimate the danger of this organization by numerous victims in Ingushetia, Beslan and Nalchik. As it was established later, all terrorist actions were connected", - declared Shepel. There are documents which contain instructions of underground`s work. "Comparing these instructions with the one "Al-Qaeda" has we came to conclusion that they are identical", - noted deputy of general prosecutor. By his words, emissaries of this organization act in Caucasus: they teach "new-comers", produce agitation materials, collect money and control terrorist actions. For example, annihilated Abu Dzeit along with Basaev organized terrorist action in Beslan, and liquidated Abu Kuteib trained bandit groups for attacks on Ingushetia", - informed Shepel.
