Boris Kustodiev`s painting "Odalisque" went off at Christie`s for as much as 2,5milliom dollars. The painting was bought by a Russian art-dealer, having raised the initial price ten times. The auction took place in London on November 30 showed that Russian art goes up in price, and captures the attention of fine art collectors. The auction house Sotheby`s holds the fourth Russian sale this week on December 1 in London.
