Person, who captured hostages at Yekaterinburg TV center, was arrested as a result of special operation conducted by emergency plat soldiers. From TV center building group of soldiers and police officials went out, as correspondent informed from place of occurrence. Operation finished successfully, all hostages were released, and aggressor was detained. Officials of Office of Public Prosecutor work in the building.
