Committee of emergency situation of Kamchatsky oblast center declared emergency situation in town, where powerful snow storm rages. It is still snowing in town and speed of hurricane wind reaches 30-35 meters per second. Authorities appealed to citizens with request not to leave houses if possible and not to let children on streets. Wind overthrew large amount of advertisement hoardings, trees and telegraph poles, tore power lines. There was no light in some parts of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. In the view of bad weather educational institutions are closed in town, airport is closed, and ships are prohibited to leave ports. On Friday morning not far from Petrpovalovsk large sea trawler "Ming Czhu" was run aground. According to information of the head Emergency Ministry administration over Kamchatskaya oblast, Chinese trawler was run aground near Babya bay at 5:00 by local time. At present moment half-drowned ship lie on its side, there is a possibility of oil compounds spill. Rescuers arrived to place of accident. There was now crew on board. At moment of incident trawler "Ming Czhu" stayed under disposal of officers of justice.
