Officials of Federal service administration of drug control over Novosibirsk oblast conducted a prophylactic spot-check in Kulazky village of Novosibrsk town. "As it gets dark, criminal village is overcrowded by drug-addicted from all parts of town. Young people walk on streets searching for another dose and for adventures". Young man, 25 years old, unwillingly rolls sleeve of fir-coat up and shows arm, all covered with traces of injections. But he doesn`t have drugs or had time to get rid of them somewhere. Near him workers of drug inspection found package of syringes, needles and pieces of foil. "With this set drug-addicted will get only administrative punishment for use of drugs without doctor`s prescription. Penalty is about 500 rubles or 15 days under arrest if it is not first case of detention". Drugs are sold in a house by 11-13 years old girl. Relatives force Gypsy-girl to commit crime instead of learning in school because she is young and, therefore, will not be convicted. Automobiles drive to the house very often. After examination 2 men in state of drug intoxication were detained. During spot-check about 50 drug-addicted were arrested. They will be examined by doctors and then appear in court. Many of arrested are familiar to drug inspection officials, they have already been detained under analogous circumstances.
