The ex-head of YUKOS Mikhail Hodorkovsky, who serves sentence in colony at Chitinsky oblast, is refused in scientific studies. This was informed by lawyer of YUKOS ex-head Yurii Smidt during press-conference in Moscow. The regime became tougher in colony. "From moment of Hodorkovsky presence in colony, there are always various inspections, situation is extremely strained", - said Smidt. By his words, regulations of interior regime of colony contradict norms of criminal-executive code. "According to some unwritten rule Mikhail Borisovich can meet us only during his free time. There must be only one lawyer per visit", - informed Yurii. In colony ex-head of Yukos sews mittens and during free time he attends library. Hodorkovsk`s request to devote himself to scientific research was rejected. "Instead of that he takes somebody`s place and take somebody`s possibility to earn money and sews mittens", - said the defender.
