The legal process was over today on case of a police colonel Alexander Goldner who fulfilled the duties of the head of back areas of Police Department in Tula region when he was arrested. He was charged by two items of the criminal code: misappropriation and wasting of State property and illegal business undertakings. Investigation version shows he sold tens of thousand liters of petrol abroad and earned 0.5 m rubles on that. Goldner himself did not plead guilty but the court considered charges proven. And sentenced the colonel to 3.5 years of imprisonment in a colony of minimum security.
