Federal space agency and government of Omskaya oblast assumed mutual obligations about reconstruction of "Polet" enterprise and resuming of "Cosmos-3M" missile-carriers production. This agreement was reached as a result of meeting between the Ruscosmos head Anatoly Perminov and governor of Omskaya oblast Leonid Polezhaev. During visit to enterprise and meeting with governor of Omskaya oblast possibility of multi-purpose spacecrafts production within the Federal space program by 2014 was discussed. Plan of enterprise restructuring was presented to Ruscosmos by new administration of "Polet" in August. 3 main directions of enterprise activity were planned: rocket-space with satellite production, aircraft construction - assembling and modernization of An-74 and An-3t planes, production of consumer goods, such as kitchen units and laundry washer. Also plan of reconstructing suppose that "Polet" will reduce its production territory by 40 hectares.
