By information of Far East regional center of Russian Emergency Ministry, length of pollution zone with exceeding of nitrobenzene maximum allowable concentration is about 150 km. During the day zone of pollution spread with speed 1.3-1.5 km/h and moved by 40 km.
Ecological situation in Amur is stable. Analyses of water tests on December 5 didn`t reveal contents of benzene and other harmful substances.
Engineering technique for dam filling near Habarovsk will be delivered on Tuesday. Dam will be constructed on Kazakevichev canal to prevent presence of polluted waters in water-supply point near Krasnaya rechka village.
As a reminder, on November 13, 100 tons of toxic substances got into Sungari river as a result of explosion at Chinese chemical plant in Czilin province. By various forecasts, polluted water will pass Russian border on December 10-15.
