Moreover - several women after 5-10 years of happy family life decided to return maiden name. Women consider that surname serves as energetic protection. Meanwhile, men also started to change their last name rarely. Only several tens of people requested rename in capital civilian registry offices for this year. This fact has a simple explanation: at first, it became more expensive to legalize necessary papers, secondly, those, who actually wanted to get rid of inharmonious name, did it earlier.
