Russian company "Russneft" will win auction of subsidiary TNK company -"Saratovneftegas" - purchase for $600 millions. This was informed by newspaper "The Business". Russian investment bank "United financial group", which arranges the deal, is on stage of final negotiations with "Russneft". Announcement will be made on December 18. The reserve candidate, in case negotiations with "Russneft" fails, is Chinese company Sinopec.
