Yekaterinburg TV Centre hostage holder accused of hooliganism
Andrey Novgorodcev, who held hostages in the building of Yekaterinburg TV Centre, has been brought a charge on articles 119, 127 and 213 of Russian Criminal Code "Threat of killing", "Illegal Confinement" and "Hooliganism" correspondingly, reported the press-cutting service of Sverdlovskaya oblast Office of Public Prosecutor on Monday morning.
