Masses of polluted water, formed as a result of crash at oil-chemical plant, almost passed Czilin town - the last large Chinese town, which is supplied with water from Sungari river. This settlement with population of 480 thousands people is situated 200 km from Russian frontier. Therefore, spot more than 150 km in length is 70-80 km from Russian state frontier. On December 11 representatives of Russia and China signed the program of Amur waters` joint monitoring in the view of crash at Chinese chemical plant. This was informed by press-service of Habarovsky krai administration. By declaration of Chinese side, Sungari waters contain only benzene and nitrobenzene - the rest of dangerous substances have not been revealed. Meanwhile, Russian side has right to analyze water probes on presence of other chemical compounds. Toxic spot will reach Habarovsk in next 2 weeks.
