Gasprom formed operative crew in order to provide Europe with gas through Ukraine. The crew consists of directors and experts of all profile departments of company. Analogous crews have been formed at all daughter enterprises of Gasprom, responsible for transportation of natural gas to Ukrainian frontier. Moreover, the head of "Gasprom" Aleksey Miller declared in interview to TV channel Russia Today that if negotiations don`t end till January 1, 2006 then gas delivery to Ukraine will be completely cut off. Representatives of "Gasporm" company also announced that gradual increase price on gas, supplied to Ukraine, is unacceptable. They interpret such suggestion as intention to delay negotiation process. As a reminder, on December 12 Ukrainian president Victor Yushenko declared that Ukraine is ready to pay for gas on market conditions but with gradual transition period. He appealed to prevent political speculations around gas supplies, especially in question of possible obstacles with Russian gas transit to EU markets through Ukrainian territory.
