This Wednesday State Duma passed the law "About introduction of amendments to Code about administrative violations" in third reading. According to the law, administrative penalty for violation of patent legislation, legislation about author`s right, trade marks, service signs can be established in amount: 100-200 minimum wages for officials, and 5000 minimum wages for juridical persons. Appropriate resolution can be pronounced one year after violation act.
