Returning back home, a child agreed to cycle with unknown young man. Investigation has established that suspected drove pupil to Tobol river, where beat and raped him. After committed crime violator had brought the child home, where held him for 2 hours, until a mother of the boy didn`t show up. When a son didn`t return from school, the mother started search independently. Friends of the boy told about stranger on bike and described his appearance. It turned out that the mother of the child knew young man and came to his apartment. The violator was arrested the same day. Medical examination has revealed that suspected didn`t understand the danger of his actions because he was sick of . The court took opinion of experts into account and assigned the violater compulsory treatment in special hospital as a punishment.
