TV presenter of REN TV Marianna Maximovskaya announced about intention to summon Mikhail Khodorkovsky as a witness. Administration of Federal service of punishment execution (AFSPE) over Moscow demands Marianna to deny information about Khodorkovsky`s hunger-strike in the view of Platon Lebedev`s placing into punishment cell. This information was broadcasted at analytic program "Week" on August 27 of current year. AFSPE considers that the data was contrary to facts because there were no official announcements about the strike. Khodorkovsky`s lawyers - Yurii Schmidt and Evgeny Baru - are also defendants in suit about dignity and business reputation. "Representative of AFSEP demands to deny the data. From my side I will refer to information, presented by lawyers of Khodorkovsky and Lebedev for preparation of the program", - noted Maximovskaya. She has also added that if the court is obliged her to deny the data, she will obey to decision of court as a law-abiding citizen. Meanwhile, Khamovnichesky court postponed examination of the claim till January 19 because not all defendants presented on trial. Baru was on business trip in Kharp village, where Lebedev serves the sentence, and Schmidt didn`t receive full version of complaint. Marianna Maximovskaya, getting notice of appointment, came to the court, where she confirmed her position on this issue.
