President Putin presented 36 Russian citizens with orders and medals, 8 people were given honorary titles today. The first to receive the reward from President was Victor Ren, who was given the title of Hero of Russia. The ITAR-TASS director general first deputy Mikhail Gusman received the Order of Friendship. Among rewarded people there are military men, scientists, teachers, politicians, coaches, sportsmen, cultural and art workers.
