Fire at Fermersky Palace liquidated only by morning
Powerful fire, which started on Thursday in Fermersky Palace of Peterhof, was completely liquidated only by 5:00 a.m. on Friday, informed in main administration of Emergency Ministry over town and oblast.

The fire was localized on Thursday at 18:34 by Moscow time, but there were separate heat sources, and work at complete fire liquidation continued.
Investigators work on place of occurrence. The causes of fire can be established by Friday evening.
By information of administration, 600 sq. meters of building were damaged on first floor, 300 sq. meters - on second floor, and 300 sq. meters - on the attic.
4 fire fighting groups extinguished the fire along the perimeter of the building. There are no victims.
Message about fire was received by policeman on duty at 15:08 by Moscow time, at 15:26 the fire was ranked as 1 level of complexity, then 2 and at 16:20 - the highest 4-th level of complexity.
Fermersky palace, built in 1827 for throne heir, great duke Alexander Nikolaevich (future Emperor Alexander II), is situated in "Alexandria" park. It belongs to state museum-reserve "Peterhof" and is considered as one of the most important objects of cultural heritage.
Restoration works took place in the Palace.
