Public corporation "Gazprom", which has bought more than 75% of "Sibneft" stocks, will finally legalize control over the oil company on stockholders` meeting on Friday. "Gazprom" arranged the deal of control packet of shares purchase on October 21 by transferring $13.1 milliards to Millhouse Capital company. The same day board of "Sibneft" directors decided to hold special stockholders` meeting on December 23. Appointment of "Gazprom" vice-president Alexander Ryazanov on position of "Sibneft" president is on the agenda of the meeting. It is also planned to dismiss current committee of "Sibneft" directors before the appointed time and elect new members of committee of directors.
