Coverage of strange disease spread in mass media will be limited in Chechnya. Officially the disease is called mental disorder. "Replication of this topic generates new sick people and we decided to limit coverage of this topic in mass media", - announced the deputy chief of main administration of Russian Emergency Ministry over the republic colonel Ahmed Djeirkhanov. By his words, such measure is an effective in struggle with disease spread. Djeirkhanov insists that amount of patients in Shelkovsky district of Chechnya decreased yesterday, 12 children were discharged from hospitals. "We assert that there is a tendency to decrease of amount of sick children", - said Djeikhanov. He promised that remaining patients will be discharged from hospital during a week. Meanwhile, Shelkovsky regional administration informed that amount of patients increased: 3 people form Chervlennaya cossack village and Privolnoe settlement were hospitalized yesterday. Total amount of sick people in Shelkovsky district amounts to 86 people. First cases of strange disease were registered in Chechnya on November 17. Patients complain on chill, headache, asphyxia, weakness and numbness of extremities. Moreover, they have panic fits. Patients have presumptive diagnosis of "pseudoasthmatic syndrome of psychogenic genesis". Special committee, headed by vice-director of Institute of forensic psychiatry Zurab Kikalidze, came to the conclusion that the cause of massive disease lie in high psycho-emotional exertion.
