Vladimir Putin has signed a federal law "About federal budget of 2006", informed press-service in Kremlin. The law was passed by State Duma on December 7 and approved by Council of Federation on December 14. National income is planned in amount of 5 trillions and 64.1 milliards rubles, expenses - 4 trillions and 270.1 milliards rubles, proficit equals to 776 milliards rubles. Predictable level of gross domestic product in next year will amount to 24 trillions and 380 milliards rubles, inflation - 7-8.5%. The main peculiarity of the budget-2006 lies in formation of expenses taking into consideration 4 priority national projects - "Agricultural complex", "Health protection", "Education" and "Accommodation". Federal law approves income of Federal budget for 2006, determines amount of state debt of Russian Federation and sources of its acquittance, and also total amount of federal budget expenses.
