Gazprom has mandated the subsidence of the Russian gas on areas of Ukraine. Previously, the company used against Ukraine mode of payment and filed a claim in the Stockholm international arbitration. According to the operative data of the Central dispatch control of fuel and energy complex(CDU TEK, based on the information of "Gazprom", 19 June in the Ukraine was 3.8 million cubic meters of Russian gas, 20 June - 4.5 million cubic meters, and on 21 June (the last date of reporting) - 1 million cubic meters. The management of "Gazprom" has not yet commented on the information. on June 16, Gazprom used the mode of advance payment for gas supplies to Ukraine due to non-payment. Debt Kiev for gas is 4,458 billion. Domestic firm has applied to the international arbitration court with a claim to "Naftogaz of Ukraine" to recover these funds. At the same time, Gazprom has warned the EU about the possibility of interruptions in the supply of gas. In addition, Gazprom export, told the operator of the Ukrainian gas transportation system (GTS) "Ukrtransgas" for his intentions to terminate the agreement, which takes into account the compensation of the Ukrainian party daily disruptions in gas consumption in Europe. The contract is terminated on June 23. Under the contract, from 2010, the excess of the needs of Europe in Gaza over the size specified in the previously filed application "Gazprom export", "Ukrtransgaz" is obliged to compensate for the required amount from its own reserves with further payment proposals of the Russian side.
