Russian minister of information technologies and communication Leonid Reiman announced that amount of personal computers in Russia has reached 17 millions, at that every 6-th Russian uses Internet. "Total amount of computers this year has increased by 16%, and total amount of World Web users in Russia has reached 22 millions people", - said Reiman. He also has noted that level of state worker`s provision with computers has also increased during last year. 93% of state organs already have official sites. Third part of sites presents interactive services, such as on-line consultations. Moreover, in opinion of minister, 6-8 operators of telecommunication will appear in Russia soon in the view of "Rostelecom" monopoly liquidation, though already 15 companies have got the license.
