German company Ruhrgas asserts that Ukraine pumps out the fuel during the transit. Official representative of company Andreas Raihel commented shortage of 30% of Russian gas on Monday. "This gas is definitely pumped out in Ukraine", - he said. At the same moment secretary of Ukrainian national security Anatoly Kinakh announced that Ukrainian side offers services of gas transit at expense of own reserves and reduction of gas interior consumption.
