The head of Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications Mikhail Seslavinsky considers creating a specialized TV channel for children worthwhile. "Let us appeal to the TV channels broadcastin Disney`s cartoons to change them for the cartoons made in Soviet time. We cannot create new masterpieces, like those created in Soviet epoch, at one moment. But we can give a stimulus to its appearance in the nearest 2-3 years", said Seslavinsky.
